The most common things we hear.

A listing URL didn't import

Some real-estate sites block public link previews. Toured doesn't try to bypass that — we fall back to manual entry. Smaller brokerage sites and MLS-fed pages with proper Open Graph metadata usually work. Tap "paste values manually" and fill in what you can.

I lost my Pro purchase after switching phones

Open Settings → Account → Restore Purchase. Pro is tied to your Apple ID; signing into a new device with the same Apple ID restores it. If restore comes back empty, make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you originally bought with.

Where are my photos and voice notes stored?

On your iPhone, in the Toured app's Documents folder, with filenames synced via iCloud + CloudKit so a second iPhone or iPad sees the same data. Nothing is uploaded to a Toured server.

Smart Compare or Insight failed

Smart features need an internet connection. If you're online and the feature fails repeatedly, our hosted endpoint may be having a moment — try again in a few minutes.

How do I share a Zillow / Redfin / Realtor listing into Toured?

Open the listing in Safari, tap the share icon, scroll the apps row, and pick Toured. We save the URL and import it the next time you open Toured. If you don't see Toured in the share sheet yet, tap More in the apps row and toggle it on.

Can I export my house data?

Yes — Settings → Data → Export, or per-house from the detail screen. CSV and PDF are available with Pro.

Is there an Android version?

No, and there are no plans for one.

How do I delete my account?

There are no accounts. Delete the app and your local data is gone. To remove the iCloud copy as well, open Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Toured.
